The 1210878 BC LTD. (o/a Shilla Korean Restaurant) is a Korean restaurant located in Vancouver, BC. We offer various authentic traditional Korean cuisine with fresh and healthy ingredients. We are currently looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Full-time food service supervisor
Vacancy: 2
Wage: $20.00 ~ $21.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 1031 Kingsway, Vancouver, BC V5V 3C7
Responsibilities:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2+ years of work experience as a supervisor in a restaurant is required.
