JOB TITLE: Food Service Supervisor

JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $17.00 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Restaurant
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide high level of leadership to the restaurant by supervising, co-ordinating and creating work schedules for part-time and full- time kitchen staff as well as support staff.
Responsible for restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including opening & closing restaurant
Maintain, update and submit reports for inventory, sales, pay outs repairs and wastage.
Appropriately estimate and order ingredients and food supplies required for meal preparation.
Maintain health and safety regulations as well as quality control standards set by the company.
Take, assemble and ensure guest orders are served in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Secondary (high) School Graduation certificate
7 months to 1 year of experience strongly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment,flexible, good time management, good team work and Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to supervisor 3-4 people
Good Communication skills and Fluent in English
Flexiblity to work different shifts and weekends
