Subway located at 321 Baker Street, Nelson, BC, V1L 4H6 is looking for Food Service Supervisor. Pay per hour will be $18.00 . This is a full-time position with 30-40 hours per week of work. Candidate is required to have at least 6 months of diploma/certificate/degree or equivalent relevant experience. Candidate is expected to have good English speaking and supervisory skills.
Some of the job duties will be:
• Supervise, co-ordinate and facilitate the working of food service attendants;
• Establish ways to meet the work schedule;
• Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently;
• Set-up procedures and methods for a smooth flow of operations;
• Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.
