Salary: 18.00 to 19.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per Week

Start date: Starts as soon as possible
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work site environment: Noisy
Work setting: Coffee shop
Responsibilities
Tasks:
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
- Ensure food service and quality control
- Prepare budget and cost estimatesAddress customers’ complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- Supervise and check assembly of trays
- Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
- Establish work schedules
Supervision:1 to 2 people; 3-4 people; 5-10 people
