3319433 Nova Scotia Ltd/ Liverpool Pizzeria & Lounge is currently seeking two skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisors to join our team.
Location- 155 Main Street, Liverpool, NS B0T 1K0
Salary- $ 15.20/ hour for 35 hours weekly
Employment type- Full Time

Education- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience- 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities:
· Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures.
· Hire food service staff.
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
· Prepare budget and cost estimates.
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns.
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
· Prepare and submit reports.
· Establish work schedules.
