Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certifi cate or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years

Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Combination of sitting, stand-ing, walking, standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Walking, physicallydemanding
Ability to Supervise: 3-4 people

Specifi c Skills:
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, Estimate and or-der ingredients and supplies, Ensure food service and quality control, maintain records ofstock, repairs, sales, and wastage, Prepare and submit reports, and Establish work schedules
Work Setting: Foodservice establishment, Restaurant
Workers Supervised: Kitchen and food service helpers, Food service counter attendants, and food preparers
