Subway is now hiring Full Time Food Service Supervisors.
Applicants Available: Flexible regular hours, evenings, overnights and weekends.
Minimum Number of Hours per week: 30 hours with possibility of overtime.
Main Duties:
1.) Manage food preparation
2.) Maintain highest level of cleanliness of food products.
3.) Prompt and efficient service to all customers
4.) Courteous and friendly to all customers
5.) Exceed customer expectation
6.) Achieve customer satisfaction at all times.
KEY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.) Maintains courteous interaction with customers.
2.) Manage, coordinate and schedule the activities of all staff that prepare and serve food.
3.) Keep track of all staff performances.
4.) Estimate and order ingredients and supplies on a regular basis.
5.) Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operational successes.
6.) Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage of all food and supplies.
7.) Implement operational procedures.
8.) Respond and positively react to all customer complaints.
9.) Train staff on job duties with regards to sanitation as well as safety procedures..
11.) Prioritize quality control standards.
12.) Formulate and aid in the development of food policies and company procedures.
EXPERIENCE:
1.) Previous Fast Food Service Restaurant Experience is an asset that you can bring to the company.
2.) Previous Food Counter Attendant is an asset

A POST SECONDARY COURSE GRADUATE CERTIFICATE IS AN ASSET BUT NOT REQUIRED
