The 2297229 Alberta Ltd. (o/a Carrington Barburrito) opened its first Barburrito in Toronto in 2005. Barburrito has been building reputation of offering great quality Tex-Mex food, fresh, fast, and without compromise. We are currently looking for a full-time Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Full-time food service supervisor

Wage: $19.00 ~ $20.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 155 Carrington Plaza NW, Calgary, AB T3P 0C9
Responsibilities:
– Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
– Establish work schedules and procedures
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
– May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2+ years of work experience as a supervisor in a restaurant is required.
