DP Store 18 Ltd. in Quesnel, BC is looking for two full-time Food Service Supervisor to join their team at their Domino’s Pizza Store as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
· Establish methods to meet work schedules
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· Prepare and submit reports
Eligibility:
Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline
or several years of experience in food preparation or service are required.
Completion of secondary school is usually required.
