Go Lime Installations & Services Inc. is part of Simply Smart Group of companies that provides installation and maintenance services for HVAC equipment.
At this time, we are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join our team.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Conduct verification of financial transactions and procedures
– Perform account receivable functions, including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition
– Perform accounts payable functions, including reviewing, coding, and processing payments
– Complete payroll deductions and remittances, tax remittance forms, HTS
– Maintain general ledger and financial records
– Prepare progress reports and other financial statements
– Perform other duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
– Completion of a college program or courses in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Commerce, or a related field
– Previous experience as Bookkeeper, Accounting Clerk, or in a similar role is a strong asset
– Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
– Experience in using QuickBooks, Simply Accounting, and/or similar accounting software
– Strong attention to detail
– Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
WORK CONDITIONS
– Permanent, full-time position
– $25.50 per hour
– 35 hours of work per week
– Occasional overtime may be required and will be reimbursed at the rate of $38.25/ hour after 44 hours of work per week
