They are currently seeking 4 full-time Farm Supervisors for their Alonsa farm location. Job Duties & Skills:
· Scheduling and overseeing activities of farm workers
· Ensuring farm safety protocols are followed
· Managing outbound shipping/paperwork
· Coordinating building, yard and equipment maintenance schedules
· Conducting planting, fertilizing, cutting, raking, baling, harvest, and post harvest activities
· General farm duties as required
