Wage: $27.47 per hour, 30 to 38 hours per week

Job Description/Tasks: Assist in site selection, organize and facilitate elopements and small weddings; Co-ordinate and monitor wedding activities such as setups, staging, seating, parking, and other details for these events; Plan and organize any required VIP arrangements; Plan and co-ordinate other social events and guest programs; Consult with clients regarding weddings and communicate by email, text or phone calls to assist in organizing for their special day; On the day of the even, conduct thorough checks and oversee event operations, and proactively resolving any issues that arise; Assist the photographer, officiant, guests, and clients to ensure a smooth and memorable experience for all attendees.
Computer and technology knowledge: MAC, Social Media
Transportation/travel information: Valid driver’s license
