Duties and responsibilities
Prepare and cook complete South Indian like idly,dosa, idiyappam, puttu and kadala kari,appam,vegetable curries,masala dosa, vegetable and non vegetarian biriyani,fried rice,appom beef curry and kappa fish curry etc.
Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers Oversee kitchen operations Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Set up and oversee buffets Clean kitchen and work area Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies Hire and train kitchen staff. Specialize in preparing and cooking ethnic cuisine(South Indian) Essential Skills: Working with others, Problem solving, Critical thinking, Job task planning and organizing, significant use of memory Credentials: Safe food handling certificate and food safety certificate Expected start date: March 01,2024 Job Types: Full-time, Temporary (2 years) Salary: $21.00 per hour
