As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled Epoxy Floor Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional results on every project.
As an Epoxy Floor Installer, you will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:
· Prepare surfaces for epoxy flooring installation by cleaning, grinding, and repairing as needed.
· Inspect, measure and mark surfaces to be covered
· Apply epoxy coatings and decorative finishes according to project specifications.
· Utilize appropriate tools and equipment to achieve smooth and uniform application.
· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
· Conduct quality inspections to ensure the integrity and longevity of installed flooring systems.
· Inspect and repair damaged floor coverings
· Provide excellent customer service and address any questions or concerns from clients.
Qualifications:
· Secondary School Diploma
· Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Epoxy Floor Installer or similar role
· Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, including grinding and patching
· Knowledge of epoxy coatings and application methods
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
· Experience operating flooring equipment and tools safely and efficiently
· Willingness to travel to the clients’ sites throughout Ontario
Compensation:
• Permanent, Full-time position
• Occasional shift and weekend work may be required
• $20.00 per hour for 35 hours per week
• Overtime may be required and will be paid at 1.5 of your regular hourly rate after 44 hours per week
• Location: Various sites in Ontario
