Tasks
Establish work schedules and procedures
Prepare and submit reports
Resolve work related problems
Co-ordinate, assign and review work of couriers engaged in collecting, sorting and delivering of parcels
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Manage the operations of package handling
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Supervision: Couriers, messengers and door-to-door distributors
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure
Personal suitability: Flexibility, Excellent oral communication, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player
