Job Description: Prepare and cook various dishes including for customers with food allergies; May order supplies and equipment; May train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food; Maintain inventory, records of food, supplies, and equipment; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Clean kitchen and work areas.

Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
Experience: At least 1 year of commercial cooking experience
Work Setting: Bowling Centre; Restaurant
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, Fast-paced environment, Handling heavy loads, Repetitive tasks, Standing for extended periods.
