Job Description: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes; Inspect kitchens and food service areas; Order supplies and equipment; Supervise kitchen staff and helpers; May train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food; Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment; Clean kitchen and work areas; Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit; Food safety/handling skills
Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years of commercial cooking experience
Languages: English
Work Setting: Restaurant
