House of Wong Restaurant is seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to prepare high-quality meals and support our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining food quality and presentation standards, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety guidelines. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth and long-term employment.

Salary: $20.00/hour for 30 hours weekly

Responsibilities:
· Co-ordinate special events
· Determine the size of food portions and costs
· Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
· Prepare and cook special meals for patients as instructed by dietitian or chef
· Inspect kitchens and food service areas
· Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
· Order supplies and equipment
· Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
· Organize buffets and banquets
