Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– 2 years or more of experience as a cook is required.
– Japanese-style food cook experience could be an asset.
Work Conditions:
– Wage: $20.00- $22.00 per hour
– Working Hours: 30 hours per week.
