The 1184898 BC LTD. (o/a OEB Breakfast Co.) is a breakfast restaurant located in Burnaby, BC. OEB pushes the culinary boundaries of breakfast food to bring our customers the best in quality and craftsmanship. We are currently looking for a full-time cook.

Position: Full-time Cook
Vacancy: 3
Wage: $18.00 ~ $19.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30-40 hours a week.
Benefit: 4% from gross income for paid vacation per year.
Working (Business) Location: 4525 Lougheed Hwy. Unit 2306, Burnaby, BC V5C 3Z6
Responsibilities:
– Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
– Storing excess food at the correct temperature in order to avoid spoilage.
– Reordering stock and food supplies.
– Monitoring other cooks and team members.
– Sanitizing and cleaning workstations and utensils.
– Cleaning and sterilizing food preparation areas.
– Assisting other cooks to ensure that food orders are completed in a timely manner.
– Ensuring that food health and safety regulations are followed.
Requirements:
– Completion of secondary school
– 2+ years of commercial cooking experience is required.
– Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, boiling etc.)
– Ability to work as a team
