Wage: $23.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay
Golden Gate Construction Labourer is seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Labourers to join our team. As a Construction Labourer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring all work is performed efficiently and to high standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the loading and unloading of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Perform site clean-up including debris removal and sweeping.
Assist tradespersons (e.g., carpenters, plumbers) as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate hand tools and other equipment under supervision.
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction or related field is an asset but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Safety-conscious and attentive to detail.
Working Conditions:
Wage: $23.00 per hour + 4% vacation pay.
Full-time, permanent position.
Hours: 30 hours per week.
Location: Various construction sites in Delta, BC and surrounding areas.
