Glen Construction Ltd. located in Vancouver, BC is looking for a full time permanent “Construction General Manager” to join their team as soon as possible.
Job Duties:
· Define company goals and endorse policies and initiatives.
· Sanction and arrange the creation of key departments and related senior positions. Distribute material, human, and financial resources to execute company policies and initiatives; establish controls for financial and administrative aspects; endorse advertising campaigns; and approve comprehensive personnel strategies.
· Choose middle managers, directors, or other executive-level personnel.
· Coordinate the the efforts of regions, divisions, or departments.
· Serve as the company’s representative, or delegate representatives to act on the company’s behalf, in negotiations or official functions.
Job Requirements
A university degree or college diploma in engineering, business administration, commerce or other discipline related to the company’s product is usually required.
Several years of experience as a middle manager in construction are usually required

Salary: $52.00 hourly for 40 Hours per week with benefits as per company policy
