Responsibilities
· Establish clear, measurable objectives aligned with the company’s strategy, formulate comprehensive policies and targeted programs to guide the organization towards achieving those objectives.
· Formulate and coordinate annual performance evaluations for managers, approve promotional procedures, and ensure the effective management of the team.
· Assist the CEO in reviewing and approving the company’s annual budget and audit reports.
· Develop and implement strategic plans that leverage the business’s strengths, address market opportunities, and drive sustainable growth.
· Manage contractual budgets in line with financial targets.
· Coordinate and schedule regular meetings with regional cleaning managers to discuss business updates, issues, and recommendations.
· Delegate responsibilities to employees while enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
· Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions including selecting middle managers or other executive staff, as needed.
· Efficiently allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and supplies to ensure optimal performance and cost- effectiveness in service delivery.
· Establish financial and administrative controls to maximize profitability.
· Represent the company in negotiations and official functions or delegate representatives when necessary.
