Roles and Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff by scheduling and assigning duties

·         Ensure standards of food quality, presentation and operations are met

·         Record inventories, sales, wastes and write-ups of any issues and be prepared to report to manager if necessary

·         Be thoroughly knowledgeable and available to answer any questions regarding the restaurant’s catering menu

·         Monitor and maintain records of stock, sales, repairs and wastage for modifying procedures and estimating costs for efficient and profitable operation

·         Prepare order summaries and reports

·         Train staff in catering procedures, sanitation, and safety procedures

·         Perform all other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

·         1+ years of experience

·         Completion of secondary school

·         Excellent communication and people skills

·         Well-organized, able to multi-task and self-motivated

Position Type:

Permanent, Full-Time, 30~40 hours/week

Wage $17~18 (CAD) per hour, plus allowances

 

Yearly bonus and health benefit available

Incremental raise available once a year based on performance review
