Nu Style Doors Limited located in Surrey, BC is looking for Cabinet Makers. Candidate should have minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience or relevant education or training. Pay per hour will be $27.00 for 30-40 hours of work per week.
The candidate must be able to perform the following duties:
• Study plans, specifications and drawings.
• Operate a variety of woodworking machines such as power saws, jointers, mortisers, tenoners, molders, and shapers
• Mark outlines/dimensions according to specifications
• Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form complete unit using glue and clamps and reinforce joints using nails, screws or other fasteners
• Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain or polish to finished products
• May require use of stains, varnishes, or paints involved in finishing the product/assembly
