We are looking to fill two Butcher positions to start as soon as possible.
Duties:
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Wrap and package prepared meats
Remove bones from meat
Cut poultry into parts
Cut fish into steaks and fillets
Grind meats
Train meat cutters
Make special sausages
Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Requirements:
English Language
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
1 year of work experience as a butcher required
Salary: 20.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week
