Manager to join their team permanently. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding a positive
company image by ensuring courteous, friendly, and efficient service for both customers and
associates. As the Bar Manager, you will oversee daily bar operations, coordinate between the bar
and kitchen teams, and maintain high standards of beverage quality and customer service. Key
responsibilities include supervising bar staff, managing beverage inventory, ensuring compliance
with health, safety, and liquor service regulations, and handling special requests—including those
related to customized cocktails and event orders. A strong understanding of mixology, beverage
trends, and operational management is essential to succeed in this dynamic environment.

Salary: $36.00/ Hour
Hours: 30 to 35 hours/Week
Work Setting: Restaurant
Job Description: This Position requires to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
 Oversee daily bar operations that includes planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the
bar to ensure smooth service, quality, and efficient workflow.
 Determine the type of beverage services to be offered, create standard operating procedures,
and ensure these processes are consistently followed by the team.
 Recruit, hire, and train staff; create work schedules; monitor employee performance; and
provide ongoing coaching to ensure consistent high-quality customer service.
 Manage beverage inventory, control costs, monitor revenues, adjust pricing strategies, and
analyze financial reports to meet budgetary and profitability targets.
 Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a positive guest experience and
maintaining the establishment's reputation.
 Enforce all relevant health, safety, and liquor service regulations; ensure staff follow best
practices in food and beverage handling; and maintain a clean, secure environment.
 Negotiate favorable terms with beverage suppliers and other vendors, ensuring the bar is
stocked with quality products while optimizing costs.

 Oversee and coordinate special orders or events, such as cocktail events or private parties,
adapting services to meet unique client needs.
Qualification and Professional Skills requirement:
Experience
 At least 5-7 years of experience is strongly preferred.
Education
 Completion of college or program related to food and beverage service management is
required.
 Responsible beverage service certification is an asset.
Skills
 Previous Restaurant experience in a fine dining property is an asset.
 Flexibility to work a variety shifts and Candidates must be available to workdays, evenings,
weekends and holidays, as business requires
 Must understand units of measure for recipes.
 Ability to supervise at least 5-10 people
 Must be familiar with all type of beverages.
 Must be able to read, write and communicate well in English
 Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
