Responsibilities & Tasks
-Bake mixed dough and batters for pies, bread, rolls, sweet goods, muffins, cookies, and cakes.
-Prepare icings and frostings based on recipes or special customer orders.
-Handle special customer orders.
-Supervise baking staff and kitchen personnel.
-Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
-Ensure products meet quality standards.
-Inspect kitchen and food service areas for cleanliness and safety.
-Operate machinery
