Job Description: Prepare Viennoiserie and other Mexican desserts; Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods; Prepare batters for muffins, cookies, cakes and icings/frostings according to recipes or special customer orders; Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods; Prepare various desserts; Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards; Train staff in preparation and handling of food; Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff; Operate kitchen appliances; Organize and maintain inventory; Maintain a clean work area

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a baker
Languages: English
