Subway located at 2-425 Columbia Ave, Castlegar, BC V1N 1G8 requires an Assistant Manager. Candidate should have high school education. The candidate should also have either one year of experience or diploma/certificate/degree in the relevant field. The pay per hour will be $26 for 30-40 hours per week.
Job duties are some of the following but not limited to:
– Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
– Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
– Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Recruit, train, and supervise staff
