Skills & Requirements
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu
Assist line cooks and chefs to Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers
Clean fridges and label products properly
Place plates, bowls, etc. in warmer and that the warmer is on
Clean kitchen and work area
Any other duties other than above assigned by management.

Credentials: Food Safety Certificate (can be obtained within two weeks of commencing employment)
