Education: not required.
Experience: 7 months to 1 year experience in cooking

Specific Skills:
Preparing any course of meals as per the recipes provided.
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
Clean and ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen, work areas, and the fridges.
Assist in organizing and managing catering orders, buffets and banquets, when necessary.
Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Required to work in a safe manner and abide by health & safety rules.
Assist in any other areas when called upon.
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Credentials: Food Safety Certificate (can be obtained upon commencing of employment)
