Admissions Officer – Post-Secondary Educational Institution

Salary:  $28.40 hourly / 30-35 hours per week

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

– Handle admissions-related administrative activities for the post-secondary institution.

Oversee and implement office procedures, ensuring adherence to school calendar and priorities.

Manage and admnister student and school records.

Coordinate office services like accommodation,logistics, supplies, and maintenance.

Assist in preparing budgets and maintaining inventory of school equipment.

Manage, oversee and support office staff with day to day tasks.

Supervision:  1 to 2 people
