Wages: $ 29.00 / Hour

Responsibilities:

· Managing client inquiries and appointments related to immigration services.

· Manage the calendar, ensuring that meetings are arranged at mutually convenient times and locations.

· Assisting clients with completing and submitting immigration forms and documents.

· Coordinating with government agencies, embassies, and consulates on behalf of clients.

· Maintaining accurate records of client files, applications, and correspondence.

· Providing administrative support to the company, such as scheduling appointments, drafting correspondence, and preparing documents.

· Conducting research on immigration laws, regulations, procedures as well as different immigration pathways.

· Assisting with the preparation and submission of immigration applications, including visa, residency, and citizenship applications.

· Coordinating with clients to gather the necessary information and documentation for their immigration cases.

· Handling tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

· Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy laws in handling client information.
