We are looking for a permanent full time administrative clerk to work at our office located in Windthorst, SK Canada. Full time hours vary from 30 to 45 hours per week.
This position requires a secondary school graduation certificate with experience in office administration of 7 months to 1 year. English language is a requirement.
The job tasks are as follows;
* receive and respond to telephone or electronic enquiries
* Maintain data reports, inventories and databases
* prepare invoices and bank deposits
* photocopy and scan documents for filing and distribution
* file material
* organize and schedule office work
* perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Experience with MS Software, QuickBooks Online, Google Docs will be an advantage.
