Administrative Assistant

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Duties:

Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.

Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle general inquiries.

Scheduling and Reservations:

Coordinate and schedule reservations for customers.
Manage the restaurant’s reservation system.
Communicate with customers regarding reservation details.
Communication:

Assist in communication between different departments within the restaurant.
Draft and send emails, memos, and other correspondence as needed.
Handle customer feedback and pass relevant information to the management.
Event Coordination:

Assist in planning and coordinating special events or private parties.
Communicate with customers to understand their event requirements.
Record Keeping:

Maintain records of inventory, expenses, and other financial transactions.
Assist in payroll processing and employee attendance tracking.
Assistance to Management:

Provide administrative support to the restaurant manager and other senior staff.
Help with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Training and Onboarding:

Assist in the onboarding process for new employees.
Coordinate training sessions and ensure that employees have necessary materials.
Customer Service:

Greet customers and assist with any inquiries or concerns.
Handle customer complaints and ensure they are addressed promptly.
Collaboration with Other Departments:

Work closely with the kitchen staff, waitstaff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.

$18.00 hourly/60 to 70 hours per Bi-Weekly
