Tasks

• Managing and organizing paperwork, documents, and files.

• Restocked supplies and placed grocery orders to maintain adequate stock levels.

• Reconciled cash and credit card transactions to maintain accurate records.

• Assisted in development and implementation of new menus to offer variety and options to customers.

• Tracked daily sales transactions and invoices for accurate and updated financial reporting.

• Answered multi-line phone system, routing calls, delivering messages to staff and greeting visitors.

• Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers for office supplies, equipment and services.

• Managed phone and email correspondence and handled incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.

• Providing assistance to customers with inquiries, special requests, or concerns.

• Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus.

• Schedule training, ordering uniform for assisting in onboarding process.

• Keep detailed records of daily, weekly, and monthly costs and revenues.

• Handle and Manage restaurant reservations and event bookings.

• Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed.
