“Canada Welding Supply Inc.” in Mississauga is now hiring a full time and permanent ‘Administrative
Assistant’ to join our Business. We are based in Mississauga with experience in the welding,
fabrication, industrial and agricultural industries. We provide customers with quality welding
products and equipments.
JOB TITLE: Administrative Assistant
LOCATION: 6150 Kennedy Rd. Unit # 10 Mississauga, ON L5T 2J4 (1 Vacancy)
JOB TYPE: Regular
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
SALARY: $34.10 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30-35 hours/week
WORK SETTING: Office

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of office by establishing office
procedures
 Exhibits polite and professional communication with customers and external vendors by
providing reliable and timely resolution to their inquiries via phone, email, and in -person
 Analyse receipts, handle purchase orders, invoices, and process expenses
 Prepare and place order with vendors, follow up on back orders, deal with product or
shipment issues and reconcile packing slips with invoices to send to AP for processing
 Send invoices, follow up on past due invoices, perform credit check for new account
customer applications and update the information in computer system
 Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating
needed supplies, placing, and expediting orders
 Calendar management and schedule and confirm meetings/appointments with both internal
and external parties
 Guarantee customer satisfaction and ensure any back orders or delays are being
communicated
 Support additional administrative duties as required
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
 Some Secondary (high) School Graduation certificate.
 Minimum 7 months to 1 year of experience strongly preferred
 Fluent in English and excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

 Public transportation is available
 May be physically demanding; fast paced environment, work under pressure, flexibility, client
focus, reliability, organized, team player and accurat
 An asset if have knowledge and familiar with MS Excel, MS office, MS powerpoint, MS
Access and MS word.
 Able to work independently and in a team, flexible, good time management, organizational
and Interpersonal Skills.
