TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent; Full-time
ANTICIPATED START DATE: As soon as Possible
VACANCIES: 1
SALARY: $34.10 per Hour
HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 35 to 40 hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Dealership

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer customer phone calls, respond to inquiries via email, relay messages, and ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly.
Greet customers, evaluate their needs, and direct them to the appropriate sales or service department.
Prepare, enter, edit, and proofread customer correspondence, invoices, sales brochures, service reports, including NVIS, inspection reports, Delay Warranty Start requests and licensing paperwork.
Manage incoming mail, emails, and other communications, ensuring seamless coordination of information both within the dealership and with external contacts.
Schedule and confirm test drives, service appointments, and team meetings, ensuring optimal time management and efficiency for the dealership staff.
Process, record and track invoices for payment using CDK Drive and assist in basic financial tasks such as processingcredit card payments and cheques on CDK Drive.
Order office supplies, maintain inventory levels, and ensure the dealership has the necessary resources for daily operations.
Organize and maintain both manual and digital filing systems for efficient record-keeping and easy retrieval of customer information and service records.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Secondary (high) School Graduation certificate.
Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the similar position.
Excellent communication skills in English
Fast-paced environment and should be flexible to work for additional hours and weekend if business requires.
May be physically demanding; weight handling up to 23kg, attention to details, fast paced environment, organized, etc.
Able to work independently and in a team, flexible, good time management, organizational and Interpersonal Skills.
