Responsibilities:
· Answer phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers and handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
· Communicate with customers frequently to understand their needs and get updates on the new products in demand.
· Create and maintain databases to track and record customer data.
· Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, purchase orders, and other paperwork.
· Assist in preparing staff schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Review, evaluate, and implement new administrative procedures to drive efficiency and accuracy.
· Process online orders and coordinate shipments to customers.
· Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers and resolve any issues with shipping or delivery.
· Secure the best prices from vendors for horse riding accessories and place orders for new inventory.
· Increase customer satisfaction by assisting them with inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and resolving their issues.
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
· Establish workflow systems, monitor daily productivity, and implement changes to enhance overall personnel performance.
