Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
Answer and direct phone calls
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies
Maintain contact lists
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Act as the point of contact for vendors, suppliers and clients
Basic Qualifications:
Post-Secondary Education
Minimum 7 months to 1 year previous work experience as an administrative assistant.
