JOIN OUR TEAM
We are currently looking to hire an organized and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare correspondence, invoices and reports
Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages
Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
Assist with determine and establish office procedures
Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
Record and prepare minutes of meetings
Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
REQUIREMENTS:
· Completion of secondary school
· Minimum 7 months of experience related to office administration is required
· Strong communication and time-management skills
· High attention to detail
· Advanced skills in MS Office
· Fluent English
CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT:
· Full-time, permanent position consisting of 30 to 35 weekly work hours.
· The remuneration will be set at $25.00 per hour.
· Occasional overtime may be required for meeting critical deadlines. Overtime pay will apply after 44 hours of work per week and will be remunerated at one and a half time the regular pay rate.
