Administrative Assistant

Our dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience extends beyond the kitchen to every aspect of our operations. As we continue to grow and serve our community in North York, we recognize the integral role that administrative support plays in maintaining the smooth functioning of our establishment. Therefore, we are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our back-office team on a permanent, full-time basis.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Handle a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations

·         Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of restaurant management

·         Manage phone calls and e-mail correspondence and coordinate the flow of information

·         Ensure clients receive accurate, prompt, and professional responses to their inquiries

·         Prepare and process invoices, corporate credit card expenses, and cheque requisitions

·         Assemble data and reports and maintain company records

 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

·         Completion of a secondary school

·         At least 1 year of previous clerical experience

·         Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook

·         Excellent communication and time-management skills

·         Strong English command

 

COMPANSATION AND CONDITIONS:

Permanent, full-time position
$25.00 per hour with applicable overtime pay after 44 hours of work per week
30 hours of work per week
