Position: (Full time) Administrative Assistants-Office.

Main Duties:
– Perform administrative tasks for managers, departments, or teams to support day-to-day operations.
– Processing client’s payroll correctly and in a timely manner. When completed, pay slips are sent to the client and distribute incoming telephone, regular and electronic mail, messages, and other materials.
-Oversight of executive email accounts to assist with catching and flagging urgent matters and support effective document and information flow.
-Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of clients or proper department.
-Processes and prepares the file of each client for personal tax return T1 General and has them ready for review.
Requirement:
– Completion of secondary school is required.
– Completion of a one- or two-year college or another program for administrative assistants or secretaries or previous clerical experience 2 years is required.
– Fluent English skill is required.
Wage: $28.85 ~ $30.00 per hour
Working Condition: 30 ~ 40 hours/week.
