3rd COOK – GLOWBAL RESTAURANT GROUP
3rd cook/prep cook perform some or all of the following duties:
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Prepare and cook special means as instructed by chefs
• May supervise kitchen helpers
• May assist with inventory and records of food, supplies & equipment
• May set up and oversee buffets
• May clean kitchen and work area
• May train kitchen helpers
• May assist with determining size of food portions, estimate food requirements and monitor and
order supplies
Rate of pay: $19-20hr with guaranteed 30 hours of employment
Extended Health/Dental plan: after 6 months of employment
Minimum 1 year cooking experience
